We at Pikaboo, take online security very seriously.

Pikaboo will never ask you to provide personal information like your bank details, credit card details, your address, driving licence or passport numbers via email.

If you’re making an online purchase from Pikaboo and are required to provide us with your credit card details, this will be carried out within a secure browser window. Pikaboo uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input and protects credit card information when communicating online with your bank.  Always check for a locked padlock symbol that appears at the foot or top of the browser in which you are entering your details. The URL should also change, to start with ‘https://…’ instead of ‘http://…’

Pikaboo protects the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by various means including firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions. Pikaboo never stores any credit card information on this website or associated databases.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. If you are using a computer that is shared with other users, be sure to log off and Exit out of the browser when finished.
